Academic Withdrawal Refund Guidelines
Application for withdrawal from the program is to be submitted offline to respective institute only. No other mode of request will be considered.
Withdrawal application will be processed as per following Sigma Group of Institutes refund Guidelines:
If a student withdraws his/her admission before the completion of admission process (i.e., various rounds as determined by the respective university/councils/admission authorities, but before the final round), then full paid fees shall be refunded after deducting processing charges.
If a student withdraws his/her admission after the completion of admission process (i.e., various rounds as determined by the respective university/councils/admission authorities,), and
- Seat does not remain Vacant then full paid fees shall be refunded after deducting processing charges.
- Seat remains Vacant then no fees shall be refunded.
SCHOLARSHIP CASE
If a student who is offered scholarship decides to withdraw, he / she will be treated as a non-scholarship student and the withdrawal guidelines as given above will be applicable.
HOSTEL WITHDRAWAL REFUND GUIDELINES
Application for withdrawal from the Hostel is to be submitted offline to the institute only. No other mode of request will be considered.
Hostel fee once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal at any point of time.
NOTE: The Security deposits will be refunded after adjustment / clearance of dues, if any like the following:
Infrastructure Damage Charges
Central Library Charges
Academics (Lab, Department Library/book bank, CRC, etc)
Examination Dues
Any other dues (Gate pass Charges/Duplicate ID Card etc)
PROCESS TIME
Any Refund shall be processed in 7-10 business days.
